We are excited to announce a new program. The classes are specifically geared towards beginners and will also serve as a refresher class for students that used to practice tai chi, but stopped for a variety of reasons.
Introduction to Tai Chi & Qigong is a 4-week session held twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. However, starting in October, we will be adding Mondays and Wednesdays sessions as well. Students will be given a good introduction to what tai chi is all about and also the importance of qigong. We will go over qigong and tai chi movements step by step while emphasizing the benefits. After the 4-week session, students that want to continue and do another 4-week session, can do so. Students that continue will be learning something new to add to the 4-weeks that was just completed. You can do the 4-week Intro class for at least 4x. After the 4th try, students can decide to move on to either All Level Qigong Class or Beginner Tai Chi. Of Course, you don’t have to wait till the 4th try to move on. If you feel comfortable after the first Intro, you can talk to the Instructor or Master Guang about taking the next step to your practice.
The sessions will be taught by his assistant instructors. At the end of each session, students will be able to execute a qigong and tai chi training form. Master Guang will supervise all sessions and evaluate student progress.

Fee:$79.00 for 4 weeks (Cash or check only please)
What you need for the first day of class
- Please show up at least 10 minutes early.
- Wear comfortable clothing such as a t-shirt and sweat pants
- Wear socks
- Have fun
School T Shirts and tai chi shoes are available for purchase if desired.
