Qigong. In these classes you are taught a variety of deep breathing, meditation and stretching techniques. These are performed while sitting, standing as well as moving. Qigong is a fundamental practice in Tai Chi and is an excellent introduction to the concepts of internal energy.
Taijiquan. Often described as poetry in motion, this is a time tested art that gently exercises the body, the energy flow and the mind and can be used for health, longevity and spiritual development.
Workshops. For those looking to extend their practice further, we offer a variety of monthly workshops that offer a selection of styles and weapon forms.
